The Inversion Method is my step-by-step system for building inversions from the ground up. Foundation drills, progressive overload, body awareness. Each course takes you from where you are to where you want to be — whether that’s your first headstand or a clean press from the floor.

I practiced these drills 3x a week and unlocked my press to handstand in less than 3 months. This is the same system.
