
Movement saved my life.
Not in a pretty, Instagram-worthy way. But in the way that gives you something to hold onto when everything feels too heavy.
This is my story.
I’m Tarryn.
I live in Bali. I teach yoga, breathwork, and meditation. But honestly? That’s the pretty version.
The real version is that I had no idea who I was. I left the Gold Coast straight out of school, spent four years working in Whistler, Canada. Beautiful place. But I was running from something I couldn’t even name.
Then movement found me.
Not as a fitness thing. Not as a “wellness journey.” As a lifeline. Something I could hold onto when everything else felt like it was falling apart.
I got certified. 200 hours, then 300, then another 200 in meditation. Started teaching 25 classes a week on the Gold Coast. Vinyasa, yin, restorative, breathwork, meditation. I taught anyone who walked through the door.
I wasn’t building a brand. I was sharing the thing that saved me.

Then I moved to Bali. One-way ticket. A vision board and absolutely no plan.
I finished my meditation teacher training. Started running retreats that sold out. Built a community of people from everywhere — all looking for the same thing I was.
A way home.
Somewhere in between, I started working with teenage girls going through it. Mental health stuff. Hard stuff. I’d sit with them and teach breathwork and movement, and watch something shift. That work changed me just as much as it changed them.

Today there are over a hundred people practising with me online. 110,000 following the journey on Instagram. And retreats in Bali that feel less like holidays and more like homecomings.
But the truth hasn’t changed since the beginning.
Your body already knows the way. I’m just here to remind you.
